Set to premiere on February 12, 2025, “Captain America: Brave New World” is stirring excitement with its thrilling, action-packed previews that hint at the inclusion of a highly anticipated character.<\/p>\n

For Marvel Studios, 2025 is just around the corner. After the release of “Deadpool & Wolverine” on July 24, attention will quickly turn to next year’s lineup in the MCU’s cinematic branch.<\/p>\n

While this year features just one major film, three \u2013 potentially four, if “Blade” ever takes off \u2013 are already on the calendar for 2025: “The Fantastic Four,” “Thunderbolts,” and “Captain America 4.” The latter will be the first to hit theaters on February 12, and it’s already making headlines today.<\/p>\n

The new footage offers a glimpse of high-octane action, including a dramatic destruction scene at the White House. Directed by Julius Onah (“The Cloverfield Paradox”), the film is set to continue the political thriller vibe of “The Winter Soldier,” focusing on intense domestic conflicts where the hero, in a deep identity crisis (“You might be Captain America, but you’re not Steve Rogers<\/i>“), challenges his own government.<\/p>\n

Particularly, the new President: Thaddeus Ross, a former general now portrayed by Harrison Ford, stepping in for the late William Hurt. This casting change is likely referenced by Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) in the teaser, with the line “I’m still getting used to this new look<\/i>” during their first on-screen appearance together.<\/p>\n
