\nHuman rights proponents have vehemently condemned the Trump administration\u2019s forced removal of Kilmar Abrego Garcia and other migrants, invoking fundamental principles of the U.S. Constitution, particularly the right to due process. However, during a Tuesday night interview, President Donald Trump\u2019s chief counterterrorism advisor suggested that those defending these constitutional principles might be inadvertently supporting terrorists. <\/p>\n

Ken Klippenstein, an independent reporter, disclosed comments made by Sebastian Gorka, the White House Senior Director for Counterterrorism, during a discussion on Newsmax<\/em>. Gorka argued that the conflict between the administration \u2014 which has notably detained numerous individuals at a notorious overseas detention facility without trial and disregarded a Supreme Court directive \u2014 and its critics essentially comes down to those who \u201clove America\u201d versus those who \u201chate America.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to Gorka, those who forsake constitutional rights afforded to everyone in the U.S. are presumably patriots.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cWe have individuals who adore America, like the president, his Cabinet, and agency directors, who are committed to safeguarding Americans,\u201d Gorka claimed. \u201cThen there’s the opposition, aligning with cartel members, undocumented immigrants, and terrorists.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cYou have to wonder if they\u2019re indirectly supporting these criminals and terrorists,\u201d Gorka added, alluding to the idea that such support could constitute a federal crime.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
