This law authorizes the federal government to expel summarily the citizens of a nation at war or invading the United States.<\/p>\n<p>At that time, the <em>Times<\/em> reported, based on conversations with officials, that the intelligence findings regarding Tren de Aragua sharply contradicted Trump\u2019s claims.
