The complaint alleges these individuals committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Gaza, detailing the tragic toll including over 150,000 Palestinians killed or injured, and millions displaced, starved, or afflicted by disease due to Israel’s prolonged military actions.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe complaint, initiated by the Hind Rajab Foundation\u2014named in memory of a 6-year-old Palestinian girl and her family members killed by Israeli forces in January as reprisal for a Hamas-led attack in October 2023\u2014targets named personnel from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). It accuses them of ongoing systematic attacks against civilians as part of what the foundation describes as a genocide in Gaza.\n<\/p>\n
