The idea came from Sophie Rain, a 19-year-old American influencer who already made headlines for earning more than triple the annual salary of football star Kylian Mbapp\u00e9 in just one year on OnlyFans. Inspired by the Playboy Mansion, she launched a bold project: rent a luxury villa and turn it into a content-creation hub.<\/p>\n

Dubbed \u201cThe Bop House,\u201d<\/strong> the property is a sprawling 825-square-meter Miami villa<\/strong> featuring six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a designer kitchen, a rooftop terrace, and even direct access to the ocean. Outside, residents enjoy a poolside setup straight out of a music video. The cost? $75,000 a month<\/strong> (around \u20ac71,600).<\/p>\n

Eight creators currently share the space: Camilla Ara\u00fajo (22), Alina Rose (24), Ava Reyes (19), Julia Filippo (22), A\u00efcha Sofey (22), Summer Iris (19), Joy Mei (19) and Sophie herself.<\/p>\n

The gamble paid off quickly. In December alone, the group made $12 million (\u20ac11.4M), followed by $15 million (\u20ac14.3M) in January. Their joint Instagram and TikTok<\/a><\/strong> accounts exploded to three million followers in just two months, proving that the mix of glamour, exclusivity, and curiosity sells as much as the content itself.<\/p>\n

As Sophie Rain bluntly put it: \u201cWe make money off men, and we don\u2019t plan to stop.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

A new kind of influencer lifestyle<\/h2>\n

Life inside the villa is a mix of work and play. By day, the women film exclusive content for OnlyFans; by evening, they sunbathe, jet ski, or swim in the ocean<\/a><\/strong>. Still, she has no regrets. The success of The Bop House has already surpassed expectations, and Sophie is even considering expanding the project with more creators.<\/p>\n
