Great news for fans of the Chicago<\/i> series: as a new crossover is being prepared among “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago Med,” and “Chicago Police Department” in the U.S., two iconic former characters will make a comeback, marking their return after years of absence!<\/p>\n

Upton and Halstead Are Back!<\/h2>\n

In a surprising twist, these characters are ex-lovers whose romance ended quite badly. Dedicated fans will undoubtedly recognize them as Hailey Upton and Jay Halstead, played by Tracy Spiridakos and Jesse Lee Soffer, respectively.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Halstead left “Chicago PD” after ten seasons of dedicated service, while Upton departed a year later, in season 11 of the cop show (the thirteenth season is currently airing across the Atlantic). So, what brings these characters back home?<\/p>\n
