A legendary cast member of “The Big Bang Theory” makes a memorable appearance in the very first episode of the spin-off “Stuart Fails to Save the Universe”.<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take long for fans of The Big Bang Theory to see one of the beloved characters from the original sitcom in its new spin-off, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe. This sequel, focusing on secondary characters from the original show (notably Stuart, the comic book seller), unfolds in parallel worlds, allowing for encounters with alternative versions of familiar characters.<\/p>\n

Which hero from The Big Bang Theory appears in the first episode?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

And the first surprise guest in the series is none other than (drum roll) Rajesh Koothrappali, or simply Raj. Played by Kunal Nayyar, Raj is one of the four main heroes of The Big Bang Theory. As a member of Sheldon’s circle of friends, he is the most reserved due to his shyness, which prevents him from speaking in the presence of women.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the first episode of Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, Raj appears, bearded, as one of the few survivors of the apocalypse in which the series’ heroes are immersed. As we find out that they have arrived in this dimension due to a machine designed by Sheldon, Raj presents the only hope of using the invention to restore order.<\/p>\n

It’s uncertain if Sheldon will appear in the series…<\/h2>\n

Regrettably, Raj is killed before he can provide all the instructions to Stuart. Fans can rest assured: this is not the Raj from The Big Bang Theory, but an alternative version from the multiverse. It is entirely possible that we may see him in a future episode, in his original form or another!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Many guest stars are expected throughout this first season. However, it doesn’t seem likely that Jim Parsons (Sheldon) will appear in the series, due to his recent comments about the memories of filming The Big Bang Theory.<\/p>\n

Episodes of Stuart Fails to Save the Universe are available weekly, exclusively on HBO Max.<\/p>\n
