Shocking On-Set Fight Between Florent and Sérignan Requires Stunt Pro’s Intervention!

Florent (Fabrice Deville) and Cécile (Marie-Gaëlle Cals) have been a couple for a while and became one of the central couples in “Un si grand soleil.”

However, as is often the case in this daily drama on France 3, happiness is anything but smooth sailing.

Cécile has been cheating on Florent with Guillaume Sérignan (Joffrey Platel) for a few weeks now. Naturally, this affair is not without consequences for their relationship.

“I was the first to be shocked! For me, it’s somewhat destructive. She picks the bad boy to add some excitement to her life. It’s a downward spiral that helps her get through her intense daily life,” Marie-Gaëlle Cals, who plays Cécile, recently told Télé-Loisirs.

The judge’s secret didn’t stay hidden for long. During the police investigation into the attack that almost took her life, the police discovered her affair with Sérignan. Florent quickly learned of it.

Fabrice Deville Responds to Cécile’s Infidelity

In an interview with Télé-Loisirs, Fabrice Deville, who portrays Florent, commented on his character’s reaction to the betrayal.

“He thought their relationship was solid, he could never have imagined she would turn to someone like him. It’s a real blow!” the actor shared with the magazine. He continued, “At the moment, for Florent, it’s unforgivable.”

Upon learning that his partner was unfaithful with Sérignan, Florent quickly confronted his rival. The encounter soon escalated.

Despite the tension, Fabrice Deville took a somewhat lighter view of filming the intense scene. “These are always somewhat humorous scenes to shoot. But you still have to be careful not to hit him in the nose. Fortunately, we have a stunt coordinator to keep things safe and prevent any unintended injuries,” he explained.

This initial confrontation also gave Fabrice Deville a chance to get to know his co-star Joffrey Platel better. “We don’t know each other very well yet, but we get along great,” he said.
