Since the hostage situation, chaos reigns in “Here It All Begins”! Not only is Gaëtan (Terence Telle) in a coma, but Alice also quickly accuses Thelma of colluding with the robbers. This rash accusation is soon confronted by the pastry teacher in a fierce exchange.

“Alice can’t bear the thought of someone causing Gaëtan’s condition”

Discussing the scene, Noémie Zeitoun reveals: “This scene is dreadful. It’s even more painful because Elyorissa, who plays Thelma, delivers such a powerful performance. Alice can’t stand the idea that someone is behind what happened to Gaëtan. She feels it’s her duty to find out who is responsible.”

“She can’t just sit idly by his side; she decides she needs to find the perpetrator, by any means necessary, regardless of the hurt it may cause. It’s not her intention to harm others, but she knows she must go through this process and she accepts it,” the actress shares.

During this sequence, Solenn, Alice’s sister, is visibly uncomfortable. Speaking to AlloCiné, Charlie Loiselier, who portrays her, confirms: “Solenn didn’t expect Alice to react like this. She sees a new side of Alice: sometimes her emotions get the best of her. It somewhat reflects Solenn’s own personality,” she explains before adding:

“When we shot the scene where Alice harshly confronts Thelma, I realized that their characters aren’t that different. Alice speaks with a kind of rage and doesn’t think about the repercussions, just like her. Solenn tries to smooth things over because she feels responsible for accusing Thelma.”

“Solenn is determined to see justice done”

As for why Solenn persists and decides to report Ismaël (Morgan Jallu) to the police, Charlie Loiselier responds: “Solenn is adamant about seeking justice. She’s confident in her decision and is so determined to protect her sister that she won’t listen to anyone else. She only follows her own instincts, without considering the consequences.”

But who is the accomplice to the robbers? Tune in every weekday from 6:35 PM to find out in “Here It All Begins” on TF1.
