In “Here Everything Begins,” Jasmine has decided to accept a teaching position at the Bordeaux school alongside Louis, marking the end for this iconic character! This gives Zoï Sévérin a chance to pay tribute to the series.
After five years of dedicated service, Zoï Sévérin is leaving “Here Everything Begins”! This news is tough for the series’ long-time fans, as Jasmine’s character left a significant mark on TF1’s hit show.
Although the actress has already mentioned that she would be open to returning in the future, fans will have to do without her for at least a while. One thing is certain, her departure is deeply emotional for Zoï Sévérin, and she took to her Instagram account to honor the series and her character.
“It is with immense emotion that I bid farewell to the character of Jasmine”
Accompanied by a video that highlights the best moments of her time on the set of “Here Everything Begins,” she writes in the caption: “After 5 years, thousands of words, scenes, arcs, emotions, encounters, experiences, laughter, tears, and moments spent together, today I say goodbye to the character of Jasmine” before adding:
“I can never thank @itc_tf1 enough for this opportunity, @tf1 for their trust, and of course, all my co-stars for their support, friendship, and kindness. Thanks also to the writers who have given me years of fantastic and colorful roles!”
“So, to all the production, cast, wardrobe, makeup, hair, direction, technical teams, management, artistic, cafeteria, security, culinary, drivers, Jeremy, props, decoration, and post-production: THANK YOU. And of course, not forgetting you, the audience”
“There are not enough words to express all the gratitude I feel for this journey”
“Thank you for all these years of support, smiles, words filled with love, and all the wonderful encounters. There are not enough words to express all the gratitude I feel for this journey, so I hope that in a THANK YOU, you will see all the joy I had in playing Jasmine Kasmi. See you soon”, concludes Zoï Sévérin, clearly moved.
