The Na’vis Strike Back

For a while, the superheroes were on top, until a re-release of “Avatar” in China in 2021 reset the balance in favor of James Cameron and his Na’vis. This has led to some ongoing confusion among the general public.

Indeed, from July 2019 to March 2021, “Endgame” was in the lead, until the Na’vis made a strong comeback to reclaim the crown! However, when adjusted for inflation, “Avatar” is outpaced by the classic film “Gone with the Wind.” Directed by Victor Fleming, it has reached $4.450 billion in adjusted gross, surpassing Cameron’s film, which has $4.060 billion. “Titanic” is third with $3.7 billion.
