When asked by the media outlet Hugo Décrypte, the star of The Mask and Ace Ventura revealed his favorite French film, which might not come as a surprise to many. “The one that always comes to mind is Intouchables, with Omar Sy,” shared Jim Carrey.

“This film had me jumping off my couch and shouting with joy. It made me laugh and cry. I absolutely loved it. I also like A bout de souffle, which is amazing. There’s a film at the César about its creation [Nouvelle Vague]. You know a director is good when there’s a film made about how he makes his films,” he concluded, referencing Jean-Luc Godard.
