Over the past few months, we’ve removed the comment sections from several types of pages on AlloCiné. Today, the comments beneath articles are also temporarily disappearing. However, a new solution is in the works!
AlloCiné has always been a hub for movie and TV series enthusiasts to share their opinions, reactions, and discussions on the latest news and releases. Your input and conversations are very important to us. However, over time, some of the commenting features did not meet your expectations or the quality standards we strive to provide. As a result, we have gradually phased out the old comment modules, starting with the movie, series, and personality pages, and now under the articles.
This decision was not made lightly. It is intended to pave the way for the upcoming introduction of a new, more ergonomic, modern, and well-integrated comment space on AlloCiné. We aim to create friendlier discussion spaces where conversations are highlighted and better regulated to prevent misuse while making it easier for you to express your passions.
A New Discussion Platform on the Horizon
Currently, our teams are actively working on developing this new solution. This future space will be more than just a simple comment module: it is part of a broader initiative to improve community participation on AlloCiné. Our goal is to offer enhanced features that promote richer, more visible discussions that are also highlighted, all within a respectful environment for everyone.
We understand that this transition may cause some frustration, and we appreciate your patience. We are excited to introduce this new experience to you very soon. In the meantime, please continue to share your opinions by posting your movie and series reviews on AlloCiné: they remain more central than ever to the life of our community!
