Alice is Ready to Open Her Heart

With Hortense’s assistance, Alice learns to open up to others, especially to her boyfriend. During a heartfelt conversation with her friend, Alice realizes that she has feelings for Gaëtan.

The typically stoic pastry chef instructor will gather her courage and confess her feelings: she’s in love with him. Fortunately, the sports teacher will reciprocate her declaration of love.

Teyssier Confronts Constance’s Secret

At the Auguste Armand Institute, Ferdinand continues to pressure Constance. The young schemer threatens to expose their dark secret to Teyssier. What is it about?

While everyone believes Constance had a brief affair with Ferdinand, the truth is much more grim: Constance killed her own father, and Ferdinand found out. For Constance, it’s crucial to keep this dreadful truth from her sister, Bérénice.

On his part, Emmanuel Teyssier returns to the Institute after a week away. Almost immediately, he strikes a deal with the troublemaker, Ferdinand Castelmont. The deal involves evaluating him on his sauce bar concept. If he fails, he must leave the Master program.

Once the deal is sealed, Ferdinand is on the brink of proving himself. Unfortunately, it appears not to be enough, as during a service at the Double A, he loses his temper. What triggers this outburst?

Regardless, this situation will not ease the ongoing tensions at the Auguste Armand Institute since Ferdinand’s arrival. Emmanuel Teyssier, determined to protect his wife’s secret, will play his final card…
