On Friday, March 6th in “Here Everything Begins”…
Bianca Stands Up for Chef Revero
During Chef Revero’s class, the students are tasked with a challenge involving chili peppers. As Anouk is giving instructions, laughter erupts throughout the room. The cause? The word “SL*T” is written on the back of her chef jacket. Joséphine immediately alerts her. It turns out Maxence is behind it.
As Anouk goes to change, tensions rise among the students. Unexpectedly, Bianca defends Anouk and Joséphine. Bianca grabs her own jacket, tags “SL*T” on the back, and all the other students follow suit. When she returns, the chef is moved by her students’ show of solidarity and nods in thanks to Joséphine and Bianca.
In the locker room, Loup thanks Bianca for defending Anouk, but she responds that she still doesn’t approve of how the chef treated Joséphine: “I thought you were cute with Joséphine. It was nice to see people in love after my breakup with Ismaël (…) Joséphine deserved better“. Loup finally sees Bianca’s true colors.
Lionel Fears Being Alone
At the Double A, Solal catches Lionel creating a comparison chart of his exes. The goal? To avoid making the same mistakes with Fleur. Solal, skeptical of the idea, reminds him that there’s no true formula in love. This conversation makes Lionel start to worry that Fleur might leave him too.
Later that day, Lionel asks Fleur if they are spending enough time together: “If we don’t see each other enough, we might forget each other, and if we see each other too much, we might get sick of each other“. Fleur wonders if Lionel is tired of her, which offends her. But in reality, it’s quite the opposite!
In the afternoon, Zoé and Fleur stumble upon the comparison chart Lionel had made earlier. Zoé immediately calls her brother to explain himself to Fleur. How will she react?
Facing his girlfriend, Lionel admits the truth: he’s scared of losing her. She’s not angry, but rather touched by his insecurity: “It’s cute that you were scared, and it’s reassuring for me. I’ve never been in a relationship and I don’t know how to do it. I’m afraid I won’t measure up“, then they kiss.
Stanislas on the Verge of Losing Everything
Emergency meeting at the Institute! Anaïs praises Bakary for saving a guest who had an allergic reaction to peanuts. Without him, she might have died. Then, she tries to find out what went wrong. Stanislas eventually admits the truth: “I think it was because of me (…) in a moment of distraction, I assured her it was safe“.
Anaïs reprimands her colleague and warns him: “If you screw up, it reflects on the entire Institute“, then she asks him to keep a low profile while she tries to save the establishment’s reputation. Back at the farm, Stanislas faces Angèle. She’s upset with him for letting Coline believe she was responsible for last night’s drama.
Then, she tells him she no longer recognizes him and resents him for confiding in Laetitia rather than her. Stanislas discovers that Angèle had snooped through his phone, which infuriates him: “You’re lost, and you’re giving me a jealousy fit (…) I’m tired and shocked, this is really not the time to talk about Laetitia“, and then he leaves.
In the afternoon, Bakary suggests to Ferdinand that they bury the hatchet over a drink. Ferdinand agrees to make peace with the young man. As they get to know each other better, Bakary reveals to Ferdinand that he couldn’t enroll in the Institute last summer because there were too many applications. Bakary realizes he was lied to!
He shares his discovery with Anaïs and Clotilde. Stanislas is then summoned by the two chefs… Anaïs Grimbert asks him why he lied about the enrollments, and Stanislas refuses to answer. Anaïs is forced to suspend him for a month: “It’s over for you, you won’t be participating in the Armand Prize“.
