On Monday, December 29, in “Here Everything Begins”…

Joséphine Encourages Loup to Deceive

At the dormitory, Loup and Joséphine have spent the entire weekend together in bed. While Loup needs to get ready to work alongside Chef Revero, his direct superior, Joséphine persuades him to concoct an excuse to cancel so they can spend more time together.

In the kitchen, Anouk is taken aback when Joachim arrives without Loup, who has called off his shift for the day, claiming he needed to resolve a technical issue. Bianca overhears this conversation and sees it as an opportunity to turn the situation to her advantage by proving to Chef Revero that she is capable of being his next assistant.

Meanwhile, Loup and Joséphine prepare to leave the Institute and encounter Fleur, who returned early to attend Chef Leroy’s seminar. Faced with her, Joséphine hesitates to reveal her recent escapade with Loup but assures her she will when the time is right.

Loup then heads home for lunch where he is scolded by Joachim and Clotilde for lying to Chef Revero. Loup admits that he has recently started dating Joséphine and wanted to spend more time with her. While Joachim sees it as a valid reason, Clotilde expresses her concerns, particularly about Joséphine’s history of addiction. However, Loup reassures her that their decision to be together was not made lightly.

Joséphine confesses to Fleur that she has slept with Loup and they have started dating immediately after. She claims she feels ready, having been sober for nine months. Despite her addiction issues, Fleur points out that she should also discuss her issues with emotional dependency with her boyfriend. Joséphine argues that he doesn’t need to know, then accuses Fleur of being jealous, which hurts Fleur and she storms out of the room…

Milan Dislikes Housekeeping Lessons

At the Jourdain Hotel, Denis suspects Andréa is not putting enough effort into training the students, as guests have complained about the decline in room service quality. He sets things straight with his mother-in-law.

Later, Andréa teaches Milan and Thelma. They have 40 minutes to clean a room. Milan is disinterested, but Thelma helps him realize the importance of hospitality in their curriculum.

While making the bed, the students discover a leather mask hidden underneath. Just then, Andréa walks the room’s last guest in to retrieve his mask. Milan and Thelma can’t help but laugh. Andréa schedules them for a lesson in manners first thing the next morning.

Maya and Zoé Play Princesses

Maya shows Zoé the wedding dresses of Carla and Bérénice. Zoé is supposed to mend Carla’s dress. On site, the girls decide to try on the dresses for fun. They thoroughly enjoy playing princesses, unaware that Gaspard is watching. He teases them by pretending to have filmed them and shared the video on the Institute’s group chat.
