Haunted by his past demons, Marc starts drinking again in “Ici tout commence”… Worse still, the chef decides to drive while intoxicated and ends up in a car crash. Will he walk away unscathed? We have the answer!
Marc is losing control in “Ici tout commence”… For several days now, things have been going downhill for the culinary school professor at the Auguste Armand Institute, played by Stéphane Blancafort! To keep Jim (Loan Becmont) out of jail, the chef struck a deal with the devil, namely with Paul (Avy Marciano)!
Marc’s Descent into Darkness
Eager to win back Rose (Vanessa Demouy), Paul agreed to help his adversary on the condition that he break up with the director of the culinary school’s master program, whom he is still in love with. Backed into a corner, Marc complied, leaving Carla’s mother (Aaricia Lemaire) completely bewildered by the reason for their breakup.
Indeed, if Marc reveals the truth to Rose, Paul will then expose Jim to the police. Caught in this difficult position due to the secret blackmail, Teyssier’s (Benjamin Baroche) best friend is devastated. He then falls back into his old habits by secretly drinking alcohol, after a decade of sobriety.
At the end of the episode of “Ici tout commence” airing this Friday, May 16, 2025, on TF1 (the show airs Monday through Friday starting at 6:35 PM), Marc makes a critical decision while drunk: he gets behind the wheel! Clearly unable to drive, will he, as expected, have an accident?

On Monday, May 19, 2025, in “Ici tout commence”, we find Marc safe and sound… and his car battered. The man drove while he had three grams of alcohol in his bloodstream! He unfortunately had an accident but miraculously came out unscathed.
Jim and Jasmine (Zoï Séverin) are now fully aware that Marc has relapsed into drinking. The young people offer unwavering support to him but are also very firm. They encourage him to continue his efforts and promise to keep a close eye on him.
Marc is determined to get better but the craving for alcohol quickly makes itself felt. Aiming to focus on the chefs’ competition, he immerses himself in work to distract himself. Unfortunately, his addiction is strong and resisting becomes particularly difficult for him…
Will he manage to stay sober? Nothing is less certain at the moment… To be continued in “Ici tout commence.”
