Elsa Bois Reveals Failed Surprise When Joining ‘Ici Tout Commence’ Series!

As previously announced, professional dancer Elsa Bois is gearing up to enter the world of “Ici tout commence,” the hit soap opera on TF1. Following her stint on “Dancing with the Stars,” Bois is taking on a new challenge by portraying the character Ninon Becker, the younger sister of Pénélope (played by Laurence Facelina).

Elsa Bois Joins “Ici tout commence”

Bois will make her debut in the daily series on Friday, August 15, 2025, starting at 6:30 PM on TF1. In an interview with Télé Star, she revealed about Ninon: “She’s a know-it-all… Ninon is top of her class, works hard, and likes people to know it.“

“But she’s also very caring, always wanting to help everyone. Sometimes she can be clumsy, but it’s never on purpose. Ninon will naturally bond with Pénélope, they’ll have a strong relationship. And she’ll also form close friendships with other students in the new class…” We can’t wait to see her in “Ici tout commence”!

Elsa Bois’ Failed Surprise for Thomas Da Costa

Back in 2022, Elsa Bois partnered with Thomas Da Costa on “Dancing with the Stars.” Da Costa, who played Axel in “Ici tout commence,” was a contestant that year. The pair have remained in touch since then.

In a conversation with Télé 7 jours, Bois shared how she told her former dance partner about her new role. But things didn’t go as planned!

Bois explained about Da Costa: “I wanted to surprise him. I called him once I was sure I’d be joining the show. When we met, he asked if I had something to tell him (laughs)“

“I shared the news but he already knew! So much for the surprise, but it’s okay! We talked about the show, and he gave me tips on what to do beforehand,” said the budding actress.

The series “Ici tout commence” airs Monday through Friday at 6:30 PM on TF1.
