On Thursday, December 4, in “Here Everything Begins”…

Will Pénélope Tell Ninon the Truth?

At the marsh flat, Pénélope shows Gaëtan and Billie the memory box she has kept since Ninon’s birth. She reveals that she got pregnant at 15, and the father was never involved. Concerned about her future, her parents decided to present Ninon as her sister, and she agreed. Now, Pénélope wants to tell her the truth, but she fears how she will react.

Later, Pénélope meets Ninon and Gary at the Workshop. Ninon invites her to join them and their parents for drinks later that evening. Pénélope promises to consider it. She tells Billie and Gaëtan about her plan to use this occasion to reveal everything to Ninon. They, however, suggest she should inform her parents beforehand. Back at the Workshop, Pénélope tells Ninon she will be there for the drinks and that she needs to discuss something important with her.

Later on, Pénélope meets her parents at Jude’s Counter and tells them she intends to reveal the truth to Ninon, with or without their consent. Agnès and Francis think it’s a terrible idea, but she remains firm on her decision and decides to take a walk while waiting for Ninon to arrive.

Ninon eventually joins them at Jude’s Counter. She notices they seem stressed but they say nothing. Pénélope then enters the café and sees them together. She overhears Ninon telling them they are the best parents in the world. Instead of joining them, she turns around and leaves.

At the marsh flat, Pénélope confesses to Billie that she is too afraid to tell Ninon the truth, fearing it might destroy her. Thus, she decides to completely remove herself from Ninon’s life by leaving Calvières and the Institute…

Anouk Moves into the Hotel

Anouk visits the Jourdain Hotel to report a mix-up between the hotel and the Institute orders. She meets Denis, who doesn’t recognize her and mistakes her for a customer. He offers her a tour of some hotel rooms, which she gladly accepts. Jeanne eventually joins them and clears up the confusion by identifying the chef Revero. Later, Fleur and Joséphine find out that she will now be living at the hotel.

Coline Finds a Personal Project

At the farm, Coline tells César that she met Amaury online on a forum, and they have gradually built a long-distance relationship. However, since he is a florist in Amsterdam, they have never met in person. Coline feels that Bérénice might be right about her lack of real-life couple experience. But César defends her, pointing out that she is always there for others and doesn’t focus enough on herself. Coline decides to form a team with Gaspard and propose a Christmas menu to Chef Armand.

Meanwhile, Carla and Bérénice argue over the seating chart. They admit they need Coline’s help. They find her in the park so that Bérénice can apologize. Coline agrees to help them with their wedding plans, but she emphasizes that she also needs to take care of herself and her own project, in addition to her exams.
