Jasmine Can’t Stand Seeing Cléo

At the Guéraud household, Cléo thanks Clotilde and Joachim for letting her stay the night. She assures them she will resume her job search and find an apartment so they won’t have to deal with her anymore. However, Clotilde suggests to her husband that they should host the young girl a bit longer until she recovers from everything that has happened.

At the Institute, Leonard tells Malik that Quentin sent him a message saying he doesn’t blame him and asks him to look after Maya. Leonard really wants to support his best friend, but he doesn’t believe it’s the right time. Malik, on the other hand, encourages him to reconnect with her.

Meanwhile, Rose informs Jim and Jasmine that Clotilde and Joachim have decided to shelter Cléo at their home. Jasmine is visibly distressed. She encounters her former childhood best friend and confronts her directly. Cléo apologizes for the harm she caused and promises to keep her distance. However, this does little to reassure Jasmine.

Concerned for her, Rose tries to advocate for Jasmine with Clotilde and Joachim. However, they categorically refuse to evict Cléo since she has no one else to rely on.

At the salt marshes, Leonard meets Maya and attempts to reconcile with her. But the young girl is still too angry with him. She admits she no longer trusts him and doesn’t want to speak to him anymore.

Back at their home, Joachim and Clotilde find Cléo, who announces she will leave to avoid causing Jasmine stress. The Guérauds suggest she stay with them and arrange to avoid encountering Jasmine at the Institute. Cléo agrees to stay.

Gaspard Questions Coline’s Feelings for Him

For their class, Chef Listrac asks the first-year students to prepare a seasonal vegetable curry with a thoughtful spice blend. They must work in pairs and have the day to create a dish.

Coline suggests to Gaspard that they work together. He’s pleased not to have his arm in a sling anymore, but he’s eager for the police to arrest Quentin so he can feel truly safe.

Coline and Gaspard go to Angele’s farm to gather their ingredients and cook their vegetable curry there. Coline’s mother stops by and ends up chatting with Gaspard. He realizes she knows a lot about him.

Back at the Institute, Gaspard confides in Alice that he feels Coline is attracted to him, though he doesn’t feel the same way. The pastry professor advises him to be honest with her about it.

At the end of the day, Gaspard and Coline present their dish to Chef Listrac, who congratulates them and gives them a score of 17/20. When Coline invites her partner to spend the evening at her place, he explains that he sees her only as a friend. Coline clears up the misunderstanding by saying she has never felt attracted to him. She explains that she simply has a habit of sharing everything in detail with her mother.

The Competition Heats Up Between Billie and Tom

In the kitchen, Anaïs introduces Billie to her team and assigns her to the starters with Vic. She briefs everyone beforehand. While Billie is very nervous, she receives an encouraging visit from Tom, who tells her he loves her.

Tom, on his part, plans to practice the signature recipes of Chef Valdine to enhance his chances of being selected for his masterclass, as there are only eight spots available. Billie wishes him good luck.

During the service, Vic confirms to Anaïs that communication is much smoother. For the knife plating in the starter course, Billie takes an initiative that Anaïs approves.

After the service, Chef Valdine visits the kitchen while Billie is finishing up cleaning. He admits that he had lunch at the Double A and enjoyed the food as much as the presentation of the starter. Billie proudly tells him that it was her idea.

Like Billie who does not want to be pigeonholed as a maître d’hôtel, Valdine confesses that he does not want to be limited to his role as a gourmet chef because he also wants to move into teaching. He even encourages Billie to apply for his masterclass.

Later, Billie meets Tom at the Workshop to suggest spending the evening together. However, the young man prefers to postpone because he wants to work on Valdine’s recipes. When Billie tells him she intends to apply for the masterclass too, her boyfriend retorts that she’s not qualified. Billie declares she’ll apply even if Tom doesn’t get in…
