Coline Catches Stanislas and Her Mother Kissing

At the farm, Coline dreads her upcoming test. She’s embarrassed that everyone knows about her crush on Stanislas because of Gaspard. Angèle offers her comfort and encourages her to stay strong.

Later, Rose visits the farm to check on Angèle regarding the situation. Angèle tells her that she has decided to break up with Stanislas, who spent the weekend in Bordeaux with Hortense and Alice.

At the Institute, Carla walks Coline to the kitchens and boosts her spirits as her test approaches. Stanislas interrupts them to talk to Coline alone. She thinks he’s angry with her, but he reassures her that it’s not her fault and wishes her luck for the test.

Just minutes before the test, Gaspard casually approaches Coline in the park. She tells him she’s upset with him for embarrassing her in front of everyone. Despite his apologies, she decides to end their friendship.

In the kitchen, Chef Listrac, Stanislas, and Angèle oversee the first-year students’ test, where they must draw a floral water to incorporate into a dish.

During the test, Coline tries her best to stay focused despite the rumors swirling around her. Seeing her embark on an elaborate preparation, Stanislas advises her to manage her time well. Listrac reminds everyone that plating is also crucial. Coline takes this personally and gets flustered.

At the end of the test, each student presents their dish to Stanislas and Chef Listrac at the Double A. When it’s Coline’s turn, she serves them her Elderflower Cod. Chef Listrac praises her balanced plating, and Stanislas compliments the flavor of the fish, despite a bone left in it. Coline feels relieved.

Back at the farm, Stanislas goes to see Angèle in the garden. He understands her decision to break up with him, but admits it’s hard to accept. He can’t help but tell her he misses her. As Coline returns with Carla to the farm, she catches them kissing…

Jasmine Ends Up Alone in Service

Jasmine finally feels ready for her first day at the Workshop, a moment she’s long anticipated. Unfortunately, she finds herself alone managing everything since Tom has taken Mehdi and Jude to Calvières to pick up a 300-liter aquarium.

Upon learning about the situation, Enzo decides to put on an apron and assist Jasmine. She comes up with a plan to save the service: she invites customers to cook their own meals under her supervision. Her idea is well-received.

At the end of the day, as Mehdi and Tom apologize profusely to Jasmine, she declares she no longer needs them in her brigade.

Clotilde and Joachim Receive Great News

Clotilde tells Joachim that they have been chosen to be the foster family for a six-year-old girl named Lou. They are scheduled to meet her on Friday.

Suddenly, Joachim feels unprepared. He buys lots of toys. Clotilde admits she’s just as anxious and has bought plenty of clothes.
