Billie Discovers the Truth About Valdine

At the Workshop, Romain checks on Billie after her breakup with Tom. She admits that she regrets how she handled things because he did not expect her to leave him. She then tells the chef how strong her connection with him is. He agrees but points out that it would be unwise to start a relationship right away. Billie understands this.

Meanwhile, at the dormitory common room, Tom confides in Solal and Lionel. He declares that everything is over with Billie and blames himself for the breakup. During the masterclass, Lionel notices Billie and Romain flirting. He pulls her aside to tell her that Tom is devastated and that she shouldn’t make him think he is to blame.

Later, Emi meets Romain at the storeroom. They sneak off to make love. Afterward, they are surprised by Coline. As Emi leaves, the freshman feels extremely uncomfortable. Nonetheless, she boldly confronts Valdine about his infidelities. But he puts her in her place and pressures her to keep quiet. At the Double A, Coline bravely tells Billie the truth.

Billie immediately goes to the Workshop to confront Romain. He confesses that he has been in a relationship with Emi for two years. Billie accuses him of lying about his situation from the start. She threatens to tell Emi. But Valdine violently grabs her wrist and threatens her in return…

Cléo Wins Over Antoine

In a hallway, Cléo overhears Antoine scolding Souleymane for eating his Opera cake. She interrupts to tell the assistant director that she has completed an ongoing file, and then she goes to fetch some coffee. Souleymane thinks she is overdoing it, but Antoine admits he was pleasantly surprised by her skills as an executive assistant.

During her lunch break, Clotilde takes some time to cook with Cléo. She specifically asks her for help in making an Opera cake. Back at the office, the young woman offers the dessert to her superior to thank him for giving her a chance. Antoine gladly accepts it and enjoys the treat.

At the end of the day, Cléo is alone in the park when Naël accidentally runs into her and hurries over to greet her. Jasmine arrives just after and intervenes, refusing to let Cléo near her son.

Teyssier Intimidates the First-Year Students

Upon arriving in his office, Teyssier asks Cléo to schedule a pastry class with a half-group of first-year students. Upon hearing the news, Clotilde and Olivia do not hesitate to express their disagreement with his teaching methods.

Anxious about having Teyssier as a teacher, Sabri, Thelma, and Zoé decide to spend their time reviewing all the basics of pastry before their first class with him. The students want to form a team and support each other to face the chef.
