Agnès Shakes Up Montpellier in ‘Un Si Grand Soleil’ – Anaïs Delva Warns of Backlash!

Just a few days ago, fans of “Un si grand soleil” were introduced to Agnès, a new character played by Anaïs Delva, known to the general public for her rendition of “Let It Go” in Frozen.

Agnès, a Character of Many Layers

Recently appearing in the daily series from France 3, Agnès is involved in a romantic storyline with Élise (Malya Roman). However, behind her charming smile, she might prove to be far more formidable than she appears.

In an interview posted on the official Instagram account of Un si grand soleil, Anaïs Delva revealed some details about her character.

“Don’t judge a book by its cover!” she warns, adding, “She has a lot, a lot to tell you. It’s going to be a whirlwind in the lives of some characters. She might have multiple faces.”

Thus, Agnès is set to leave a significant mark in the upcoming episodes of the daily series on France 3.

“I think people will be surprised, actually. From how we’ve introduced Agnès initially, who is extremely tender, very cute with Élise, full of love, you wouldn’t think she’s hiding something. She keeps a lot of things to herself which must be quite heavy to carry. […] I saw the opportunity to really make her a somewhat sociopathic character, who doesn’t really feel much in reality. I’m messing up two of their favorite characters so I’m a bit scared. People are going to hate me,” the actress humorously shares.

Her statement hints at the potential havoc her character could unleash.

“I really wanted to think that people are going to hate me”

For those who still have doubts about her ability to create chaos, the actress further emphasizes the unpredictable nature of her character.

Anaïs Delva also promises some particularly intense twists. “This girl fears nothing. She doesn’t hesitate to get involved with a woman, with a man. Oh, the poor things, it’s terrible. They’ve been cheated, they’ve been dumped. It’s really twisted. After me, they might not want to trust [anyone] again. Sorry guys, business is business. There are no feelings.”

The actress now eagerly awaits the airing of this arc, especially the final scene.

“Then, when I discovered how it was going to end and read the last scenes, I was like: ‘Wow! Great scene!’. Because in my head, right away, I thought I wanted to see people’s reactions online. I really wanted to think that people are going to hate me. They’ll say: ‘She’s awful actually, what kind of woman is she?’. And actually, I think it’s really well done by the writers. It’s great to end the episode on that note,” she concludes.
