But what catches the eye is the diagram of a wormhole—also known as an Einstein-Rosen bridge—which suggests that Richards may already have found a way to travel through time and space. The diagram, which shows a tunnel connecting two points in the universe, includes the words “EXIT” and “ANOTHER UNIVERSE,” hinting that Reed might already know how to bridge the gap between timelines.
This potential discovery could be exactly what the Fantastic Four need to step into the MCU’s primary timeline. If Reed has indeed figured out how to open a portal between universes, it would provide a way for these characters to seamlessly join the modern-day Marvel world, perhaps even allowing Avengers characters to cross into their retro-futuristic universe. After all, if anyone could open up a breach in time, it would be someone like Galactus, who’s known for his world-ending power. This could lead to an epic clash of universes, with the Fantastic Four potentially being forced to flee their own reality to survive.
