Is Franck’s Wife Marion Really Dead? Shocking Revelations Unveiled!

Franck is consumed with thoughts of his ex-wife Marion, who left him abruptly. He struggles to move on, especially since he suspects she ran off with Lucien. But what really happened to her?

Marion’s Departure Becomes an Obsession for Franck

The owner of the Florida is currently going through a tough time in “New Day.” Despite his outward cheerfulness, Franck is nursing a deep wound: the departure of his wife Marion, who left him a year ago via email. Tired of being neglected for his work, she decided to abandon everything and start anew in Mexico. Since then, Franck has had no news from her, but he hasn’t been able to move on.

The discovery of debris from Lucien’s boat, who disappeared at sea a year earlier, sparks an obsession in him: could Marion have actually been Lucien’s mistress? He doesn’t believe it’s a coincidence that she left for Mexico just three days before Lucien vanished: he’s convinced she left him to be with her lover. However, the police are certain that the father of Louise, Tarek, and Audrey drowned offshore. His disappearance has been officially closed. Could Marion have died as well?

In episode 40 airing this Friday, August 22, Thea inherits from her grandfather a box containing two letters, one for her and one addressed to Franck. The content of this letter leads him to a grim discovery.

What Happened to Marion?

Lucien’s letter reveals that he owes Franck the truth about Marion. Although the two men grew apart over time, Lucien always considered Franck a friend. The letter leads Franck to a forest where he and Lucien used to play as children. There, under the large oak marked with their initials, Franck will find what he is looking for. Lucien asks him to believe in his innocence and apologizes for not being able to tell him the truth in person.

Accompanied by Thea, Franck digs and soon uncovers an arm, with a bracelet on the wrist. Shocked yet certain, he whispers, “It’s Marion.” All this time, he resented his wife for leaving him and starting a new life on the other side of the world, only to discover that she had been under the ground all along.

Now that he knows what happened to Marion, this discovery raises more questions. How did she die? Was she murdered? Why did Lucien, who proclaims his innocence in his letter, hide her body? To find out, tune into the upcoming episodes of “New Day,” airing Monday through Friday at 8:40 PM on M6, and on replay on M6+.
