The plot is rich, effortlessly moving between intimate scenes and grand spectacles. Technically, it’s impeccable. These two films are probably the most aesthetically beautiful I’ve seen in a long time. Yet another extraordinary visual and sensory experience. Monstrous and impressive, truly high-quality cinema.
