In the upcoming episode of “All for the Light”… The police question Marina, Roman Vinçon attends the students’ concert, Justine is not who she seems, and Max and Baya return to La Ciotat.
Mohamed helps Justine carry the outfits for the concert. He’s quite nervous, and the assistant director advises him to pick an outfit that makes him feel confident. Noah watches them from a distance.
At the Comet, Elise meets up with Julian and offers to let him take her solo spot. Julian immediately declines and promises to be in the audience to support her. Nearby, Solenn teases her sister by listing all the things that could go wrong during the performance. Eric steps in and asks his older daughter to support her sister instead. Frustrated with always being asked to help, Solenn leaves.
Police Arrive at the Studio
A police officer, Captain Beauvois, arrives at the Studio to question Marina about Florence. The dance teacher denies the accusations made by Eden that she injected Florence with morphine. She attributes Eden’s behavior to the shock he experienced following his mother’s suicide attempt. As Justine arrives, Marina has to return to class. Captain Beauvois had already finished questioning her anyway.
In the locker room, Noah teases Mohamed, suggesting something might be going on between him and Justine. He is convinced that Justine is not immune to Mohamed’s charm and encourages his friend to take a chance with her.
Ali interrupts Elise’s rehearsal because he is not satisfied with one of the student dancers’ performance, criticizing her harshly and eventually asking her to leave the room. Victoria points out that his stress is affecting everyone, including Elise, who becomes unsettled.
Roman Vinçon’s Arrival
Victoria welcomes Roman Vinçon, the director of RV Records. The producer is surprised to see her after so many years, and declares that she is a born artist. However, Victoria is now a child psychologist and does not plan to resume her singing career. She takes the opportunity to introduce her brother, Eden, who happens to walk by. As Roman heads to Justine’s office, Victoria discusses with Eden his decision to skip the concert, emphasizing that he is only hurting himself.
Eden is fed up with the Studio and the lies from his parents and Marina. Moreover, his mother lied to protect Marina, and the police have dropped the investigation due to lack of evidence. Victoria tries to make him see reason: he has a lot of talent and shouldn’t waste it. She doesn’t want him to make the same mistake she did.
Although she enjoys her profession and her life, she admits she may have been too radical in cutting ties with everyone and letting her emotions overwhelm her. Eden thinks it’s too late for the concert, but Victoria corrects him: he knows and has mastered the song.
Mohamed invites Justine for a drink. She reminds him that she’s the assistant director. She’s embarrassed but doesn’t categorically refuse his invitation. As Roman Vinçon approaches her office, she brushes Mohamed off with a “we’ll see”.
Justine’s Double Identity
While the concert is in full swing, Justine slips away with Captain Beauvois into a street. They know each other and use informal language. The captain asks her why the Delaunat file disappeared from the hospital server the day the police opened an investigation. He knows Justine is capable of hacking such systems and questions her motives.
She has been pretending to be someone she’s not for months. He believes she’s taking too many risks and shouldn’t interfere with an investigation. But Justine is confident no one will realize what she’s doing, allowing her to continue her investigation. She kisses him before returning to the concert.
As Mohamed and Elise perform All for the Light, Elise has a panic attack during her solo. Unable to recover, Solenn, who is among the dancers, does not hesitate to grab the microphone and take her sister’s place. Eden, watching from the wings, eventually joins Mohamed and Solenn on stage.
Max and Baya Return to La Ciotat
Their performance ends as Baya and Max, Victoria’s daughter and husband, arrive. They find Victoria hugging Ali. Baya wonders about the identity of the singing teacher, while Max freezes.
After the concert, everyone gathers at the Comet. Elise regrets missing her chance, and Victoria is sad that Baya and Max arrived at the end of the concert. Baya asks her father why he reacted the way he did to Ali, but Max claims nothing special happened.
Roman discusses with Victoria: the students have potential, especially Eden. He commits to signing a contract with a student by the end of the cycle on one condition: that Victoria restarts her career by recording a single produced by him.
