Eliott Confides a Secret to Muriel

Eliott has just disposed of Curtis’s belongings when Thierry approaches him, curious about what he’s doing in the area. Eliott convinces him that he had just dropped off a client and was taking a quick break to clean his car. After checking the vehicle’s paperwork, the police allow him to leave.

Eliott then heads home and meets Muriel, who tells him that she has managed to schedule a tour of the premises for their business. She asks him to make time tomorrow to join her. However, Eliott becomes irritated. When she inquires about his mood, Eliott admits that he almost had an accident and was quite shaken by the experience. Muriel offers him comfort.

The next day, Alex questions Noam and Curtis separately. Both give the same account of the events: Curtis was a client who came to buy a gram of cocaine for a party, and they do not know each other. Alex, however, finds it hard to believe their story.

Elsewhere, Eliott shares his ordeal with Charles. Charles hopes the incident has made Eliott realize that he needs to stop his foolish acts. Eliott confirms he understands, but he struggles with how to tell Muriel that they don’t have the funds to launch their business. Charles thinks it’s still better than telling her he’s headed to prison.

At the police station, Alex, Thierry, and Commissioner Becker review the investigation. Although the two men have coordinated their strategy and their searches turned up nothing, Commissioner Becker decides to keep Noam and Curtis in custody.

By the end of the day, Eliott gathers his courage and tells Muriel that Charles’s uncle no longer wishes to finance their project, which is a hard blow for her.

Louis Makes an Offer to Maeva

In the morning, Louis tells his father that he wants to quit his studies to focus on his company. To everyone’s surprise, Marc agrees but only gives him a semester to make it work. If he fails, Louis will have to return to his studies.

Shortly after, Louis receives a call from Flore who turns down his proposal. Thinking she declined because of their past, Flore explains that Tiago is uncomfortable with them meeting again. Disappointed, Louis expresses his frustration. Nevertheless, Flore provides him with contacts of some artists to help him out.

Louis then calls the artists but faces a series of rejections. After meeting up with Robin, he shares his situation. Robin suggests he should offer a contract to Maéva, believing she might prefer working with a friend over a stranger.

Later, Louis meets Maéva and offers her a contract that includes a 50% share of the sales. She agrees to consider it but makes no promises.

Unsure of what to do next, Maéva consults Alix, who points out that Louis’s company can’t compete with Lenny Vasquez’s firm. Although she knows she would earn less with Louis, Maéva feels she would have more artistic freedom with him.

Maéva then calls Lenny Vasquez to tell him she won’t sign his contract because she has decided to continue working with Louis. She then calls Mourre’s son to share the good news. Marc, overhearing the conversation, tells his son how proud he is of him.
