Teyssier Returns to the Institute

Following a video montage revealing Delobel’s violent behavior posted on the OZ app, Jasmine and Lionel seek out the chef to check on him. They know him well and understand that while he’s not without faults, he doesn’t deserve what’s happening. For Delobel, finding out who runs OZ is crucial.

Meanwhile, Jasmine meets with Jim and Malik, catching Malik in the act of signing a petition circulating around the school demanding Delobel’s resignation. Jasmine defends her stepfather, emphasizing that the video on OZ is merely a series of clips taken out of context. However, she fails to sway Malik or her boyfriend.

At the same time, Delobel, Antoine, and Stanislas are confronted by a massive graffiti on one of the park’s walls: “Delobel is violent, Delobel get out!“. Stanislas notes that several clients have canceled their reservations at the Double A and a hashtag against Delobel is trending on social media. Antoine decides to call a faculty meeting.

Before attending, Delobel finds a local reporter who has entered the Institute without permission. He tells him to leave, but the reporter seizes the moment to film him and ask about the allegations. Delobel loses his cool and knocks the reporter to the ground.

Elsewhere, Clotilde, Antoine, Olivia, and Stanislas are waiting for Delobel in the office. At the same time, Souleymane sends his father the video of the incident with the reporter. When Delobel joins the faculty meeting, he immediately declares he is not fit for his role as director and intends to resign. Antoine is prepared to take his place.

The students are then gathered in the amphitheater. Delobel announces his resignation, and Teyssier makes his dramatic return to the Institute. Delobel hands over the reins. In front of the students, Teyssier states that the chef has his full respect and friendship, and he is ready to take charge again…

Carla Steps Up to Help Coline

During her class, Hortense decides to focus her students on plating techniques. She asks them to replicate a dish featuring scallops. Coline is apprehensive about the task.

Bérénice points out to Carla that Coline is struggling. Despite her initial hesitation, Carla decides to assist her cousin, explaining the fundamentals of plating. Thanks to her, Coline produces a dish that impresses Hortense.

After class, Coline meets with Carla and Bérénice. She thanks her cousin for her help and asks her to coach her in plating. She also takes the opportunity to apologize for her previous remarks about Rose. Carla agrees to Coline’s request.

Anaïs Feels Jealous of Jude’s Success

In the park, Anaïs overhears Mattéo and Vic praising Jude’s concept at the restaurant-lab. Realizing his cream puffs are a big hit, she decides to see for herself. At the Atelier, Jude lets her taste one of Mehdi’s cream puffs. Anaïs has to admit they are delicious, but she conceals her jealousy.

During service at the Double A, Anaïs is strict with her team, which does not go unnoticed by Mattéo and Vic. The young chef is on edge when Gary returns a plate to the kitchen because a customer finds it subpar.

Later, Anaïs confronts Gary in a hallway to inquire about the customer who sent back his plate. Trying to understand what was wrong, when Gary describes the customer, Anaïs realizes it’s Teyssier.
