Elise Loses Her Cool
After discovering Elodie’s infidelity, Elise spent the night in her car by the sea.
Meanwhile, Elodie is feeling terrible. She regrets not being honest with Elise from the start, especially since she has fallen in love with Pauline. Ludo tries to comfort her, but it’s no use.
Not far away, Elise arrives at the police station. Manu tries to cheer her up, but to no avail. Elise fears that Elodie has feelings for Pauline.
At the same time, Leo and Pauline had no choice but to cut back on watering their greenhouse. As a result, everything is dry. The couple argues once more.
Later, Elodie visits the police station to talk with Elise. In tears, she begs for forgiveness for all the hurt she has caused. Feeling miserable, she then admits that her relationship with Pauline is not just a fling and that she feels lost. Elise dismisses her and asks her to leave.
At the farm, Ludo tells Louis that the groundwater is completely dry according to the analysis. Although they have a water tank, the farmers won’t be able to hold out for long.
In the meantime, Elodie arrives at her father’s house with her belongings. As he tries to find out what’s wrong, she tells him she had a fight with Elise without going into details.
As night falls, Yann and Elise question a certain Mr. Rovier. His wife has filed a complaint against him for domestic violence. As he denies the allegations, the officers show him the medical report that mentions a fractured jaw and cheekbone and an open wound on the eyebrow. When the man finally admits to the facts in a roundabout way, Elise loses her cool, insults him, and slaps him. Yann catches her and reproaches her action, pointing out that Mr. Rovier could now get off on a procedural error.
Elisabeth and Catherine Make Amends
To ease the conflict and especially to compromise, Elisabeth has arranged to meet Catherine tonight, which irritates Alain. The couple quarrels.
Meanwhile, Catherine confesses to Boris how much she regrets bringing Pascal into their lives and for being so weak. Boris tries to reassure her by reminding her that Pascal is in prison, not her. Catherine acknowledges that this ordeal has at least brought their family closer together, which is priceless to her.
At court, Judge Alphand tells Pascal that she has ordered his pre-trial detention. She then asks him to reveal the identity of his accomplice. Naturally, Pascal remains silent.
Eliott, for his part, suggests to Muriel that they have a family outing this weekend. Unfortunately, she already has plans with Boris and can’t reschedule. While he pretends to understand, Eliott is actually annoyed.
Meanwhile, Charles calls Muriel to check on her. During the conversation, she eventually tells him that she plans to go before the judge to restore Eliott’s custody rights. Charles thinks this is a good thing.
At the end of the day, Elisabeth and Catherine meet at a restaurant and are very pleased to see each other again. Elisabeth apologizes for wrongly accusing her and admits she was swayed by their old grudges. Catherine, in turn, asks for forgiveness. The two businesswomen laugh and decide to continue their collaboration. After toasting to their future, Elisabeth invites Catherine and her children to dinner at her place on Friday. Catherine happily accepts.
