Elisabeth Extends an Offer to Catherine

Muriel is still shocked that Catherine accused her of being the cause of all her troubles. Fortunately, she has Boris’s unwavering support. And it’s safe to say that he is far from forgiving his mother.

Meanwhile, Elisabeth is summoned to the police station. Catherine has accused her of hiding microphones in her house. Elisabeth, who usually doesn’t resort to such tactics to resolve disputes, insists she’s innocent. Instead, she suggests that her rival might have planted the microphones herself to play the victim. After leaving the station, Johanna advises her client to seek an amicable settlement with her rival.

Elsewhere, Catherine has the locks at her home changed. After giving Pascal a set of keys, the businesswoman receives a message from Elisabeth requesting a meeting.

Indeed, Elisabeth believes their past conflicts are too significant to continue working together. Thus, she proposes to buy out Catherine’s shares at a price 10% above the current value of the company. Although her offer is lower than Mr. Liang’s, Catherine agrees to consider it. Elisabeth gives her 48 hours.

Back at home, Catherine confides in her daughter. Recognizing that the situation has become unhealthy, Catherine still refuses to let Elisabeth win. Indeed, she firmly rejects the idea of being trampled on without a fight…

Boris Reconsiders

Since L. Cosmetics turned down his proposal, Léo is utterly demotivated. While Pauline understands his disappointment, she reminds him that it’s no reason to give up. She believes they will find a local company to buy their flowers. However, Léo fears that the lack of certification will be a problem again.

Later, Boris tells Léo that he has changed his mind. Now very interested in his proposal, he asks to visit his farm the following week. Relieved, Tristan is delighted. He later joins Berthier to thank him for his assistance.

At the farm, everyone is busy preparing for tonight’s party. Upon arrival, Robin apologizes to Tiago for his earlier reaction. Very happy for him, Robin hopes that his upcoming move to Marseille won’t end their relationship. Tiago assures him that he has no intention of losing him before they share a tender kiss.

A few hours later, guests arrive at the farm and the attendees begin to dance, swept up by the music. Throughout the evening, Pauline meets Louis. Both in the midst of career transitions, they find they have much to share and quickly become friendly. Their closeness does not go unnoticed by Léo, who believes his partner spent the evening flirting with Louis. However, it was actually Pauline and Élodie who were exchanging meaningful glances all night.
