Hugo is Shot

Early in the morning, Pablo is seen packing a bag with various items.

Nearby, Hugo is in a good mood, pleased after having a heartfelt conversation with his son. He’s even planning to make up for lost time with him. After joining them, Pablo pretends he’s off to school, leaving the house with a sad look on his face.

Later, Eve meets Sabine in the faculty room and asks if Pablo is sick since he didn’t come to school today. Concerned, Sabine checks with Noura about Pablo’s whereabouts. Noura reveals that he has gone to Belgium with his friend Noa due to trouble at home.

Sabine promptly calls Hugo to inform him of the situation. She also reveals that on the night of the warehouse burglary, Pablo lied about his whereabouts. Hugo immediately goes to Noa’s place.

Meanwhile, Vincent, Noa, and Pablo finalize their plan to rob a jewelry store and head out on scooters to the location. Unbeknownst to them, Hugo sees them leave. As he follows by car, the forensic doctor calls Yann. “I need you. My son is with Noa Pertuis and Vincent, the guy suspected in the warehouse break-in. They just left Noa’s uncle’s place on scooters. I don’t have time to explain. I don’t know what they are planning, but it doesn’t look good at all“, he explains. Yann confirms and asks for his location, then makes him promise not to intervene until he arrives.

Later, when Vincent, Noa, and Pablo arrive at the jewelry store and Vincent loads his gun, Pablo panics. This seriously annoys the gang leader, who orders him to stay quiet and keep his place. Worried, Pablo begs Noa not to go through with it, but Noa reminds him they have no choice. As the two head towards the store, Pablo tries to stop Vincent. In anger, Vincent strikes Pablo in the face with his weapon.

Just as the situation escalates, Hugo arrives. Vincent orders him to leave, then shoots him. Struck in the chest, Hugo collapses under his son’s horrified gaze. Pablo immediately rushes to his father’s side. Meanwhile, Noa pleads with him to flee as the police are on their way, but Pablo insists on staying with his father. “Don’t leave me, please,” he tells Hugo.

Alix Seeks to Aid Janet

In the morning, Janet learns that the venue she had secured for her association’s event has slipped through her fingers. Though she’s just a volunteer, Dr. Lewis is committed and must find another location.

Meanwhile, Alix is still in the hospital, suffering from dizziness and fearing the worst. Dr. Lewis assures her that it’s nothing serious.

Janet later runs some tests on Alix and informs her that crystals in her inner ear were causing the dizziness. To avoid recurrence, she advises her to perform some exercises at home. After thanking her, Alix calls Ulysse because she needs a favor.

Hours later, Ulysse arrives at the gallery and tells the tax inspector that Alix was hit by a motorcycle. He also convinces her that the gallery owner has a concussion and has fallen into a coma. When he asks to postpone the inspection, she agrees.

Elsewhere, as Alix is about to leave the hospital, she overhears Janet on the phone trying to secure a venue for her charity event. The doctor explains that she works for an association that funds housing for families of sick children and that the event is crucial for fundraising.

Wanting to help Dr. Lewis in return, Alix later asks Nicolas if he could provide a room in his museum for the charity event.
