On September 1st, France 3 launched the new season of La Stagiaire, the crime series led by Michèle Bernier and Antoine Hamel.

While fans were excited to see Constance Meyer, Boris Delcourt, Barthélémy Meyer, Vladimir Quiring, Ludo, Clément Dajet, Alice, and Antoine again, they also noticed that a familiar face was missing.

Michèle Bernier Comments on Soraya Garlenq’s Absence

Indeed, Captain Nadia Saïdi, portrayed by Soraya Garlenq, is notably absent from this eleventh season.

Her absence was certainly felt by viewers accustomed to seeing the officer alongside Constance and Boris. When asked by Télé-Loisirs, Michèle Bernier confirmed that Soraya Garlenq would not be appearing on screen this year.

“We are obviously sad,” the actress told our colleagues.

Her absence inevitably disrupts the routine of Constance and Boris, who are used to working with Captain Saïdi. “We are a bit disconcerted. We are used to working with Nadia. But we are adapting,” Michèle Bernier explained.

Nadia Saïdi to Return Soon with a Promotion

While Soraya Garlenq is missing from this season, her departure is not permanent. Michèle Bernier confirmed that the actress would resume her role in season 12 of La Stagiaire.
