Welcome to Episode 3 of our movie poster letter quiz series. Following “A” and “B”, we now turn to the letter “C” and present eight new posters for you to identify from just one letter!
A month ago, we launched our second quiz focused on movie titles as depicted in film posters, featuring the letter “B”.
- Try your hand with the letter “A” too!
The quiz started off fairly easily with the first “B”, which with its bubbly pop font in bright white and pink might have easily reminded you of the 2023 Greta Gerwig movie, Barbie. This was especially true given the inclusion of a raised arm on the side of the image, unmistakably that of Margot Robbie. Indeed, 99% of you chose the correct answer for this initial question.
Challenging Questions Along the Way
The next close-up also featured a hand, this time resting on the top of the letter “B”. Was it Michael Keaton’s hand from the Beetlejuice poster, Woody Harrelson’s from Zombieland, or Jim Carrey’s from Bruce Almighty? The correct choice was the latter, as 65% of you correctly guessed.
By the third image, things got trickier with a large yellow “B”, and three film options all by Quentin Tarantino. While Inglourious Basterds garnered very few of your votes, nearly half of you guessed Kill Bill, although the correct answer was actually Jackie Brown.
The final question, often one of the toughest, took you into the realm of science fiction with a stylized white “B” and three options: Robocop, Blade Runner 2049, and Oblivion. Less than half of you chose the correct answer, the movie directed by Joseph Kosinski featuring Tom Cruise.
Today, we move on to the letter “C” with eight new movies to identify!
