Teyssier Praises Vic for Her Easter Dessert

At the swamp house, to celebrate his girlfriend being chosen as the pastry chef for the Easter service, Enzo prepares a lavish breakfast for her. Vic appreciates the gesture but finds the meal too fatty and sugary for her liking. She decides to follow Doria’s advice and opts for a vegetable juice instead. Carla and Enzo think her dietary shift is a bit extreme, but Vic feels better than ever.

In the kitchen, Hortense rallies her Easter brigade just before service begins. When Vic joins her, she expresses her joy at being able to work alongside her. As Vic starts working, she experiences a pain under her armpit but hides it from everyone.

Meanwhile, Doria teaches a class to the first-year students, challenging them to reinvent their favorite dish in a more health-conscious manner. Matteo succeeds with his chicken and fries by changing the cooking methods to preserve nutritional value, earning Doria’s praise. However, she criticizes Coline for choosing to include duck confit, which she deems too fatty, in her dish. Doria notes that Coline should be particularly mindful of such choices. Hurt by the comment, Coline returns to her station.

In the kitchen, Billie checks on Vic and notices she has made several ingredient swaps in her dessert to make it healthier. She worries that Vic hasn’t tasted it for approval. Vic is confident in her choices, and Hortense trusts her completely.

In the dining room, Vic presents her dessert to the customers. At the table, Chef Teyssier tastes it and declares it nearly miraculous for being deliciously indulgent yet not overly sweet. He congratulates Vic and encourages her to enroll in the Master’s program next year.

Thrilled, Vic meets with Doria at the studio to thank her for her advice, sharing that she incorporated Doria’s nutritional guidelines into her recipe. Doria congratulates her. Vic then reveals that she has been experiencing armpit pain since the morning. Concerned, she considers calling her doctor to schedule a procedure, but Doria assures her that the pain is normal and their current plan should be enough to alleviate it.

Elsewhere, in a hallway, Rose and Carla notice that Coline is feeling down. She shares Doria’s hurtful public comments from class. Rose advises her to discuss it directly with Doria and to report back if she genuinely believes Doria’s remarks were inappropriate.

Alone in the library, Doria records a voice note on her phone to document Vic’s progress with her regimen. Afterwards, she calls her mother to wish her a happy birthday, leaving a message on the answering machine stating she doesn’t blame her parents for believing she killed her sister Anne, but she is determined to prove them wrong.

Gaspard Sets Up an Egg Hunt

At the shared house, Jasmine realizes that Tom forgot to buy chocolate eggs for Naël. Tom explains that he has been too caught up with the student representative elections to think about it. Jasmine is disappointed because she won’t have time to buy any.

In class, Malik starts a petition to remove Gaspard from his student representative position.

Later, in a hallway, Gaspard discovers the petition against him. At the same moment, he overhears a conversation between Jim and Jasmine about the chocolate eggs for Naël.

Gaspard convinces Teyssier to organize an egg hunt for all the students in the institute’s park that afternoon. The winner will receive a private lesson with him.

By the end of the day, the petition against Gaspard has only five signatures, including those of Malik and Leonard. As punishment for their rebellion, Gaspard asks them to clean up the park after the egg hunt.

Meanwhile, Tom scrambles to collect as many eggs as possible to win the private lesson with Teyssier.

Finally, Jasmine and Jim join Naël in the egg hunt, much to his delight.
