Must-See Spoilers: “Un Si Grand Soleil” April 28, 2026 Episode Recap!

Dimitri Comes Up with a Plan to Trap Jeanne

Emma and Lucas are summoned to the police station. They confirm to Alex that Nathalie spent the night at their place after visiting the Beaulieus. However, when questioned by the officer, the couple accuses him of bias in his investigation. Alex eventually raises his voice: “Like it or not, there are quite a few elements that implicate your mother, so if you want to help her, you’ll answer my questions“.

Upon leaving, Emma bursts into tears, fearful that the police won’t lift a finger to investigate the Beaulieus. Lucas comforts her and promises they will clear her name, stating they will handle it themselves if the police won’t help.

Meanwhile, Judge Laplace and Commissioner Becker review the investigation. Although many clues seem to point to Nathalie, Commissioner Becker notes that there is no concrete evidence to prove she killed Henri Beaulieu. He then considers Jeanne as a suspect, but the judge dismisses the idea.

Elsewhere, Lucas urges Dimitri to tell the truth to the police. When he refuses, fearing it might affect his parole, Lucas insults him and storms off.

At the station, Thierry and Alex doubt Nathalie’s guilt and decide to investigate Jeanne Beaulieu further. Commissioner Becker instructs them to gather more evidence.

Meanwhile, Marc visits Alix’s shop to inform her that he will be publishing a new article about the Super 8. The antique dealer refuses to answer his questions and threatens to sue him for defamation if necessary.

As night falls, Dimitri arrives at Emma and Lucas’s place. “I’ve thought it over, and I can’t let an innocent person rot in jail. I’m not going to the cops, but I have a better idea. If you’re right and Jeanne Beaulieu is guilty, then I might have a way to trap her“, he tells them.

Gary Secures His Loan

Enric has coffee with Gary and mentions that Inès is unhappy about him contacting Guillaume Sérignan behind her back. Gary downplays it and shares that his meeting was successful because Guillaume is going to help him. Enric advises him not to get too excited, suggesting Guillaume might have just been polite.

Meanwhile, Catherine decides to manage the properties she has recently acquired. She would lose too much money by selling them. Laurine mentions this to Inès, who then discusses it with Guillaume.

Guillaume calls Gary with good news: “I’ve forwarded your file to my banker and dropped a hint about the potential of your project. He says the loan should be approved. However, given the timing, the interest rate will be a bit higher, but you should have the funds very soon“. Overjoyed, Gary thanks him and promises him a lifetime invitation to the beach bar.

Gary then goes to Les Sauvages and shares the good news with Victor. They just need to set up a meeting with the notary now.

Clearly, Guillaume is interested in managing the properties and possibly buying them in the future. Johanna warns him that Catherine Laumière is a real shark. Guillaume assures her he knows how to handle such characters.

At the end of the day, Inès joins Gary at the beach bar. Father and daughter toast to their new future.
