A pivotal figure for all F&F enthusiasts, Paul Walker also starred in the fantasy film Pleasantville and the action movies Into the Blue and Takers. While it seemed his career was still on the rise, his life was tragically cut short in November 2013 at age 40, when he was a passenger in a Porsche speeding excessively and crashed.

A few months after his death, Paul Walker appeared posthumously in the 2014 action film Brick Mansions, a remake of the French movie District 13. Partially rewritten following Walker’s death, who still had several major scenes to shoot, the film transformed into a heartfelt tribute to the late actor. The end-credits song performed by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth, titled See You Again, was written especially for him.
