Will Bérénice and Carla ever make up in “Ici tout commence”? Bérénice Tannenberg shares some unexpected insights!
Can Carla (Aaricia Lemaire) and Bérénice reconcile in “Ici tout commence”? It seems uncertain as Constance’s sister (Sabine Perraud) feels deeply hurt after discovering her beloved had a moment of weakness with Souleymane (Dembo Camilo).
Even worse, this ordeal has led the young woman to question their entire relationship. Indeed, Rose’s daughter (Vanessa Demouy) tends to be quite harsh with those she loves, and Bérénice has experienced this harshness on several occasions.
So, how has Bérénice coped with everything that’s happened in recent weeks? In an interview with Télé-Loisirs, Bérénice Tannenberg revealed just how betrayed her character felt:
“Her whole world is collapsing. This is the person she loved most, and there’s a deep sense of betrayal. It’s a life turned upside down, a big part of her life suddenly in question. When you’re hurt like that, you lose control, really.”
“We’re not used to seeing this side of Bérénice”
She continued, “It’s no longer logic that drives us, but the heart, so I find it very fitting since she’s deeply wounded, and it’s a raw, visceral reaction… Even though it’s true that we’re not used to seeing Bérénice like this, seeing this side of her…”
Does this mean reconciliation is out of the question? The actress does not offer much hope for now: “At the moment, the hearts, I think, are too injured to sync up again and reconciliation isn’t feasible at this stage. It’s too raw, they are too hurt right now.”
“Right now, they can’t be together”
As for the mood, it seems it will remain tense for quite some time: “These are two people facing a breakup head-on, who have to see each other because they have no choice, who still love each other but know that they can’t be together right now. It’s complicated…”
“Then again, we are in an institute, so naturally they will have to cross paths… But a romantic reconciliation, for now, seems a bit complicated,” concludes Bérénice Tannenberg. It’s clear that nothing is settled yet…
