Elyorissa: He’s very kind to her, perhaps even overly so. Thelma and he have known each other for a long time. Edouard wants to help her as she has become lost in this persona she has crafted for herself… Initially, Thelma hoped to solve her problems on her own, but now she finds herself having to ask him for money again to escape her troubles.
How is Thelma responding to the increasingly negative reactions from other students, especially after a major argument with Mattéo and Sabri during class?
She feels overwhelmed, witnessing her worst nightmare unfold: everyone is gradually turning their backs on her. Her original intention in creating the event was to bring her classmates closer together. Then, as Teyssier [Benjamin Baroche, ed.] steps in, she tries to inject some positivity with the click-and-collect initiative, but that fails too. Thelma fears losing everything and realizes she might not make it out this time…
